The hotel had a great location, very calm and peaceful. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I loved the exquisite decoration of the room and the hardworking maids that kept it neat and tidy. The hotel also had a nice bar that I enjoyed during Christmas night. The kids' area was great for my child, and the morning breakfast was decent too.
The room service was not up to the mark. It took a while for me to get hot food, and by the time it arrived, it was cold.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the spacious room and the nice view from my balcony. the hotel staff was quite courteous and welcoming, which always helps when you are in a new place. The hotel's location was convenient too, with several tourist spots and a shopping mall nearby.
I was quite dissatisfied with the food, especially breakfast. The food was either bland or too spicy, and there were not enough vegetarian options.
